The Biodynamic Winter Intensive is a two-week course held each February for farmers, gardeners, and those seeking a working relationship with the living land. During the Winter Intensive, The Nature Institute and Hawthorne Valley Farm Learning Center offer two complementary weeks of instruction for those wishing to gain a fuller understanding of Biodynamic agriculture.
This year the theme is "Animals, Humanity and the Living Context of Agriculture."
